TPO delivered 175 finals for Ridley Scotts The Dog Stars — Rig removals, retimes, smoke and gun cleanups, muzzle flashes and green screen comps. Invisible work across the board, keeping every frame grounded in a world where nothing can afford to look wrong.
Alongside the finals, the team turned around approximately 150 postvis shots, including mountain ranges and of the plane's interior cockpit — giving editorial something to cut with long before finals landed, and keeping the story flying from the first cut to the final delivery.
The in-house team was expertly led by Visual Effects Supervisor André Brandt and Visual Effects Producer Matt Tinsley, with a strong lineup of compositors: Chris Glew, Gavin Whittaker, Janusz Murawski, Nick Hurst, Adrian Banton and John Ovuson.
